1) Carrots are rich in potassium and help to carve out dryness from the skin.

2) Carrot rich in antioxidants helps to clear blemishes.

3) Beta-carotene and carotenoids contained in carrots protect the skin again rays and also remove suntan.

4) Vitamin C, found in carrots, encourages collagen production and prevents ageing of skin.


Bright skin:

curd     carrot juice

  • Yoghurt or curd 2tsp
  • Carrot juice 2tsp


Glowing skin:

carrot puree    honey

  • Mashed carrot 2tsp
  • Honey 1tsp


Remove blemishes:

olive oil  carrot puree    orange jiuce

  • Mashed carrot 2tsp
  • Olive oil 1tsp
  • Orange juice 1tsp


Healthy skin:

carrot juice          rose water

  • Carrot juice 3tsp
  • Rose water 1tsp



Aloe rose gel    carrot juice

  • Aloe vera gel 1tsp
  • Carrot juice 1tsp


Follow any of the above methods to have beautiful skin. Apply it as pack and leave it for 20 minutes and wash off.

Note: For mashed carrots, boil them and mash it finely.

Do this weekly twice for better results.
